Activated Alumina Granules

Description

Activated alumina pellets is a white, spherical porous material with good mechanical strength and no pulverization in water and alkali. It is a special regenerant for the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process. In addition to adsorbing alkali in the working fluid, the product has strong regeneration ability for the degradation products of the working fluid.

Activated alumina adsorbent is a kind of highly efficient desiccant for micro-water. It’s widely used in air separation, pressure swing adsorption, petrochemical industry and gas drying of automatic instruments.

Activated alumina difluoride agent is white pellet, has a large capacity of fluoride, high strength, non-toxic, tasteless, not burst soaking in the water, safe and reliable, easy to regeneration, and long service life. The water after the difluoride agent purification, can achieve the State Drinking Water Health Standards. It can also be used as difluoride agent in other petrochemical process. Activated alumina difluoride agent has large specific surface area, excellent adsorption performance, not only can effectively remove redundant fluorine in water, but also to remove excess arsenic, the activated alumina is an ideal water treatment adsorption materials.

In petrochemical production process, the chlorine in the feed gas can cause many kinds of catalyst and adsorbent poisoning, disable adsorbent and catalyst performance. The existence of chlorine can also severely corrosive device and equipment, affect the normal production process, therefore the chlorine must be removed, usually with solid dichlorination agent. This product has a wide applicable temperature, good water resistance, the active components and the chloride after reaction is not easy to migrate, can be used for syngas dehydrochlorination and protecting catalyst and adsorbent, and can be widely used in naphtha, natural gas, H2, raw materials such as N2, NH3, CO, C02 gas dichlorination.
