HBN products are synthesized at high temperature by using high-qualityimported boric acid and melamine as raw materials.
They are high quality interms of h-BN content, trace metal impurities, good crystalline, tailoredparticle size distribution, as well as multi-morphologies such as tablet,sphere, and aggregates.
Basically, ourproducts are classified as four grades as per different downstream demands:ceramics grade (Cera-BN), thermal grade (Therm-BN), cosmetics grade (Cosm-BN),and lubricant grade (Lubr-BN).
In addition,it is also capableof offering customized products as per customers’ requests.
1. Ceramics Grade (Cera-BN)
Cera-BN graded h-BN products are typically used as high electrical voltageinsulating components, evaporator boat for aluminum coating, refractory tubefor electrical furnace, additive for electrical ceramics, crucible, and rawmaterial for c-BN synthesis.
2. Thermal Grade (Therm-BN)
Therm-BN gradedh-BN products are classified into different categories: platelet powders (CG),spherical powders (Q and QS), aggregate (AGG and/or ZL), nanopowders (NP), and peelednanosheet (BNNS), etc.
They are typically used as thermal-management filler in engineeringplastic, epoxy resin, silica gel, polyurethane, polyimide, etcto increase theirthermal conductivity and insulation.
3.Cosmetics Grade (Cosm-BN)
Cosm-BN gradedh-BN products are typically used as additive of cosmetics, normally gentle andvery pearly.
4.Lubricant Grade (Lubr-BN)
Lubr-BN graded h-BNproducts are typically used as additive for high-grade automobile lubricants,demoulding agents for optical glass products, for casting forming and injectionmolding, and for additive of lubricating coating.
5.Boron Nitride Die-Casting Lubricant (DCL-BN)
DCL-BN graded h-BNproducts is mainly water-based, high solid concentration, high stability, highadhesive with metal parts at high temperature.
